Location is terrific and ambiance was super cool. Pizza was good and staff was very friendly specifically Ehadir. She was really amazing as we mistakenly ordered a chicken pizza instead of veg but she replaced it with veg one and took care of us very well and made sure we are happy.
Ehadir really made our day.

I retreated into the entrance, during a sudden down pour. On an impulse, I thought I would have my lunch here, until it eased off. I was well looked after by the waitress. The salad bar staved off my hunger, until the pizza arrived. So what if it had pineapple on it. I love a pizza with pineapple!

quick pizza, and salad, and various drinks, pizza was decent, you know what a pizza but pizza is. good toppings very filling, good salad bar .. service by the Asian, /Indian manager, was very good, full marks for service, manners, and politeness, have never come across a man who had such good manners and service skills at a casual restaurant for some time, he is being wasted at this level. a real gem of a person.

We had dinner here, ordered a kids meal and veg pizza to share. We really enjoyed our meal, my daughter loved the brownie.
Servers are a bit slow to come and take the order, we had to go get someone.

Pizza Hut never disappoints! The pizzas are consistently delicious, with a perfect balance of flavors and a wide variety of toppings to choose from. The crust is just the right level of crispy and chewy, making each bite satisfying. The menu also offers a fantastic selection of sides and desserts that complement the meal perfectly. The service is prompt and attentive, and the restaurant's ambiance is welcoming. Whether dining in or getting delivery, Pizza Hut remains my top choice for a delightful pizza experience.

Enjoyed ourselves. Good customer service by Karim, who has 23 years of experience at Pizza Hut. He was friendly and professional, which made our visit a memorable one. He was attentive to other of his customers, too.

Everything was very tasty. We tried two types of pizza - pepperoni and pineapple, the Mac and cheese, fries and onion rings all arrived fast. The salad bar could do with a bit of an upgrade but still there were nice options to get you started. The staff was welcoming. We will definitely visit again when in London.

I didn’t actually eat in, however, we did enter to click and collect. The seating area vibe is really nice and chill, very suitable for families. The service was brilliant we were given our food immediately and did not have to wait. The food itself was delicious, you can never go wrong with Pizza Hut, due to the high variety of choices.

Free salad along with an individual pizza – this is great! We don't have Pizza Hut where I'm from, and I'm not used to unlimited refills on drinks, which is such a big bonus if you're looking to cool down after a long day of running about in London. The staff were friendly, and the salad bad was continuously refilled.
The bathroom wasn't quite as inviting, though. It's also worth mentioning that this is a basement-level location; it would be difficult to reach as a wheelchair user.
