I've been a happy customer for as long as you guys have been open, many years. Best brunch place in London, so it would make no sense to leave anything other than a 5 star review. I'm leaving the review to give some feedback which I hope is easy to action. On deliveroo, when ordering a butcher, there should be a mandatory field to choose scrambled or poached egg. I don't order delivery from you often, I come in to eat, but when I do and forget to specify, it spoils it to get poached, which I don't like. I get that you can say "remember to specify in the free text" but at any other restaurant you order from on deliveroo where there's a choice you have to make about your meal, there's a field to choose between the 2. SUBSEQUENT EDIT Fair play to you guys, what can I say. I left this review a month or 2 ago, it's been changed on deliveroo already. Your place is superb, but frankly I wasn't expecting that to be done, even by you guys. Plus when I came in recently the guy who served me took the friendliness and warmth of service you've already had to even higher levels. Would award 7 stars if I could, but I can't, so I'll just place another order instead 😀

Nice aussie Cafe in Balham. Very good coffee and the breakfast was decent also. We were a group of three and pretty cozy on a table more designed for two. We asked to change to a bigger one but we're told they had to save it for a group of four, fair enough. Small queue to get in on Sat morning (10-15 min wait) but they were running a tight ship and kept us updated.
