The Depot

Firstly, Roland and I just want to say what an amazing time we had having our wedding reception at the depot. From the get go Georgie and Shannon were great in terms of answering any queries we had and often checked in with us to make sure we booked in our tasting session etc and were just so lovely! The depot is such a fab place to have a party, the space and setup is amazing and the fairy lights made decorating soo easy and the whole place looked stunning. A perfect space for food and a dance floor plus a few extra areas to escape to to relax a bit more as well. Nothing was too much and we have absolutely zero regrets having our party here - we had such an amazing time and they basically delivered our ideal wedding reception party! A huge thank you to all the staff at The Depot, especially Georgie and Shannon for working so hard and making our dream day a reality. We had our wedding reception at The Depot with 100 guests, plus more joining later in the evening. The location, food, laid back vibe and 2am license all meant it was the most perfect day.

We had our wedding at The Depot in July and it was the perfect venue! The food was great and they really brought our vision to life in terms of setting up the decor, I was so impressed! Georgie and Shannon were incredible at communicating with me for over a year on fine tuning all the tiny details, down to what brand of liquor I wanted in my specialty cocktails :) I really appreciated that. There was a little snafu with my cake being served and they were kind enough to reimburse me. Also shout out to the excellent staff who were not only on the ball but also so much FUN! We loved every second. Thank you so much!

Enjoyed a wedding breakfast at this establishment. The Depot was an old London Transport bus depot which has been converted to a large area on two levels for functions and still retains a separate bar/pub upstairs for locals. I didn't venture into the bar so haven't reviewed but the function facilities had great, helpful staff serving lovely canapés to start with whilst all the guests arrived. The serve-yourself buffet was cooked on the premises and was very tasty with plenty of variety of dishes. (not sure if this was the venue's choice or the families.) It's on-street parking which seemed to be suitably adequate if you haven't travelled by Uber/taxi. The music was very good but I'm not sure if the DJ was provided by the venue.

We had our wedding at the depot last week - we held a small ceremony and sit-down lunch for 80 people, then 240 for drinks and dancing. I was so impressed with the venue and staff throughout. Shannon and Magda were lovely and very accommodating. The venue itself is beautiful, and great for a big group. Being able to use the courtyard for cocktails in the evening sun was a lovely added bonus. Food was great, decor was great, service was great. Honestly couldn't have asked for more, thank you for making our big day so special!!
