Authentic Japanese cakes! I absolutely love this place. There is a nice garden to sit outside and amazing teas and cakes!

I visited their branch in Shoreditch last month which is very impressive. I bought montblanc cake to take away ( I came at 7pm and the cafe close at 8pm) Will definitely come back next time for tea time. The vibe is more classic Japanese cafe here.

Tea is displayed directly next to the cashier. You can see it before placing your order! They look very delicate and fragrant. The selection and production of this Japanese coffee shop are excellent. The products in the matcha series have no powdery feel at all. If I were asked to choose the best coffee shop in London for making matcha, I would choose this one.

The matcha crepe cake and matcha latte were excellent. Really nice vibes here.
Look forward to coming back and trying their other cakes and sitting in the garden at the back.
Besides a variety of tea leaves and matcha they sell, they also have a selection of Japanese whiskies and sakes.

Located on Islington High Street, just before Camden Passage, Katsute 100 is a delightful Japanese Tea Room offering a cosy and serene atmosphere. Try their Japanese Teas, delicious Cakes or Sake. Check out the idyllic garden out the back. The perfect place to read a book, chill out by yourself or catch up with your best friend. It's super cute!

Been here too many time to count and never been disappointed. For sure a must visit when in Angel, they have a wide variety of tea, matcha drinks and coffee too and don’t forget about the cute little cakes.

Quaint cafe offering variety of matcha- based desserts, strawberry shortcakes and Japanese teas, all of which were yummy. Service was fine, staff were nice and polite. Atmosphere was great, especially with an outdoor garden area. If you are a fan of matcha and japanese desserts, looking for an area to relax, this is the place.

This has always been one of my favorite coffee places.
Every matcha drink is amazing. Slightly disappointed with the sesame latte though- I would like the sesame to be roasted a bit more so that it would have a stronger aroma.
You can't go wrong with their cakes. I've had matcha and chestnut flavoured ones - both delicious. This time we went on a Saturday afternoon and most of the popular cakes were sold out, so we went with an ordinary strawberry cake, and it was so much better than most bakery houses.

Love this cute place! The cake is amazing; very soft, not too sweet, Fresh and rich flavour. Recommend the tea here. It smells fragrant and just appropriate.
