This is my regular Nando's but when I recently went to visit the restaurant a lovely man called Ravi welcomed me and my family in and just made the whole dining experience pleasant from start to finish. My experiences are always good but my recent visit was just impeccable, thank you Ravi for an amazing 10/10 experience at Nando's Cabot Place.

Lovely! I didn’t know there’s a Nando’s in the Cabot Place shopping centre. Great food (as usual for Nando’s) and good atmosphere! Great friendly service too, with a special mention to Sami, a very cheerful waiter there whose service went above and beyond! ✨

It's nandos :) food is consistent although be mindful when ordering as a group even if you order at the same time (with the app) food times will vary! Food orders rarely comes at the same time. We came at lunch time and got a table quickly but it does get quite busy so be prepared to wait at peak times.

Have been here more times than I can count. Always a lovely time here staff are very helpful and friendly. Food is always perfect, sometime can take longer during busier periods but usually here within 15 mins of ordering. Great venue with upstairs seating.

I was greeted by Denise as I arrived, she was very friendly and made sure I was seated quickly. She made my experience at Nando’s great. I was served my food in under 10 mins! The garlic bread was slightly undercooked but the butterfly and peri chips were perfect. Also the manager with the beard was very helpful, thank you for your kind service!

Great location! And inside there is enough space for ‘table for two’ & ‘four’. At the back there are three booths large enough for group of 10/15 people. Staff is really friendly too and service was quite quick for a busy Saturday afternoon. This is halal too!

Me and my wife come to this Nandos regularly and as always we receive quick and simple service and got allocated to our table without having to wait too long. Yesterday we came by and received excellent service by Sabbir. Despite it being busy he managed to take care of us and made sure we was having a good experience.

You can't go wrong with Nando's... This venue is awesome too. The service was a little slow but I can't knock the place; the food was delicious and we got really tipsy. 👌🏼

We had a very pleasant meal here. The new orange and maple flavour was definitely good. Speed of service was very good too.
Less good was the rainbow slaw which was quite tasteless and the garlic bread was tough and not warm. I wasn't happy that there was no corn on the cob on offer. I was initially irritated that normal Fanta has gone too but it turns out that Fanta zero tastes identical!
Overall, despite the irritants, the food was good and I enjoyed the meal.
