Lovely small cafe with a huge selection of teas and coffees, and the most amazing and delicious scones. Perfect for an afternoon quick tea :)

We went to this place three times while in London for vacation. The gentleman helping us was so warm, helpful, and kind. He remembered us after the first visit, and had great tea recommendations for a non-tea drinker like me. We liked him so much, on our last night, after they had closed, we stopped by just to thank him and say good-bye. This man has left a lasting impression on us and our visit to London. Thank you sir!

Great selection of different and very tasty teas to chose from! There seems to be lots of food available too, but since I'm coeliac I didn't try. There is gluten free available but in the same area as the glutinous stuff, so it might be okay for people with intolerances? It looked really lovely!
There's loads of seating and even more downstairs with big tables which would be great for meetings.
There is also a toilet available downstairs, which you'll probably need after all that caffeine!

Simply amazing establishment. Have been a frequent visitor and love the excellent service, the kind staff, the brilliant tea, the atmosphere and everything about this place. My favourite teas are the Chelsea chai, Jasmine tea and Apple Spice tea, though many others of their very broad selection are brilliant too. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Good atsmosphere, local people, great location, good red velvet cake that goes well with a flatwhite.. I give 4 star because matcha latte had a little plain taste.. I regret not trying any teas here..:( Overall a nice cafe, but sometimes it gets too crowded.

we have not tried the cakes and pastries (which look amazing) but the tea selection is great. chai latte with a variety of milks. Cozy place and nice staff

Always friendly staff. Great selection of teas and a gluten free banana and chocolate loaf to die for! Make sure to ask for it to be toasted! They also have a blue tea that changes colour when you add lemon to it. Not everyone's cup of tea but worth trying once. Good place for 1-2-1 catch ups and, indeed, frequented by local office workers.
