Although we visited very late, the bartender still took out orders whilst explaining they are about to close. Very friendly ans polite, the pub itself has a big size closed terrace ideal for smokers

Went in with a pal after visiting St Cuthberts, the local parish church up the road. Had a lovely lunch served by a wonderful, attentive team. We received 30% off food and complimentary mint tea with our dessert. We ordered a lamb burger, cheese burger, sweet potato fries and curly fries. All the food was exceptional with great portion sizes. We were so impressed by the customer service. We have now been a couple of times to this restaurant in the last few months and all of the above seems to be consistent. Strong chance this will be our new regular. Been here several times now and always had great food, a chill/calm atmosphere, and great service. It's also one of the few places in the area when I feel very safe as a woman and would happily go on my own. Lovely outside space too so perfect for summer

Lovely place, nice food, and perfect to watch the World Cup. They even have a dance floor with music and all! If it hadn't been so cold, I would have enjoyed it more. It was seriously cold, although the heaters were on. I will go back when the weather warms up.

I come here after work or after dinner to have my glass of Spanish wine and cigarette (or few of both 🤭). Always quiet, music on, friendly and very helpful service, spacious, big back garden, nice and clean! Beautiful place! I call it my office 🙈 if I only knew sooner about this pub.

An exceptional example of what a renovation can do to a place! Truly upgraded from a 2* Pub to a 5* Turkish Restaurant/ Shisha lounge 👏🏼
Service, food, drinks to overall atmospheric expectations being completely smashed out of the park; this was a lovely experience..
Customer service was an absolute pleasure..
5* Would recommend based on overall experience, recommended and will be back again to try the cocktail menu 👍🏼
