We had our Xmas lunch here. Everything was excelent! The waiter was kindly, the food was amazing, the better pasta I’ve tasted. The price was fair because of the holiday date. We loved it.

Went here for high tea. We phoned in advance to check they offered gluten free high tea and we told they did. But when we sat down to eat we were told they did not offer a gluten free high tea but they did, immediately offer my wife an excellent alternative. Thanks for the good service.

We had afternoon tea here, it was a lovely experience :) loved the cakes and the sandwiches, there was a good selection and they were not too heavy/overly sweet; the atmosphere was very elegant as one would expect. I felt that the staff was very polite and efficient, service was great. I'd recommend it. It's very easy to reach from marble arch, which is a big plus.

Enjoyed the afternoon tea here in a nice and airy dining room. The tea served here is quality loose leaf and I can highly recommend the Oolong tea.
A nice variety to the sandwiches but for me a little more filling was needed in 4 of the 5 sandwich choices. Scones were good and the little cakes were very light which meant you could, just about, finish your half of the tea.
We had ours as a sparkling afternoon tea, unfortunately the sparkles were not as chilled as I’d like although still nice!
We used a buyagift voucher for ours which meant I felt like it was reasonable value for money

Overall a very pleasant experience. Spacious dining room with unobtrusive music, friendly efficient service. Food very good but not quite excellent.
