Outstanding venue but need to improve guests experience with eyes to details which at the level they are should be paramount for efficiency and style. Welcome was good but far too many people looked elsewere while you walk into restaurant and cloakroom. Attendee’s was far too busy checking lavatory around there! Restaurant very impressive and welcoming indeed. Order taken promptly by Italian superior which was extremely friendly and attentive. Bread was impressive, starters very nicely prepared and served but forgotten children’s starter. Mains arrived all at same time and looking great, the mini burger’s were very nicely appreciated by granson as the fish and chips! More upselling or asking guest if more is required while eating. Overall experience was great but as the venue has high standard and expectations more should have been done. Of course will be back for more
