Air conditioning upstairs was so cold, I couldn't enjoy my lunch. I eventually went downstairs to a warmer temperature, where the door was open, but it was still warmer than upstairs. So disappointed after spending a lot of money to eat indoors.

Firstly, most of the reviews here are for the wrong Starbucks. This is the Starbucks in the Southside Shopping Centre by the entrance to Cineworld. There is another Starbucks on the other side and the photos are confusing. …

They don’t accept loyalty card as part of Cineworld. Stopped to takeaway a mocha frappé. Took twenty minutes to make one and it was wrong loaded with toffee and caramel syrups. Had to wait some more to get the right drink.
