Great cheap place for food, £5.90 for full English breakfast. Would return, the atmosphere is okay but nothing fancy

Best cafe around been coming here for 5+ years sometimes more than Once a day. Having tryed everything on the menu form full English breakfast to there famous in house currys Which Bijit and his wife hand make and ingredients hand home grown. Amazing people Amazing food and a lovely Atmosphere.

So so glad i found this wee place 3 days ago. Been in every day since. The Owners who serve. Really nice people and pleasant. Spoke away like id been coming here for a while.

A great stop for local sellers. Bacon and cornish has breakfast. Real rice and black eyed peas with both Caribbean and bengali authentically cooked by the tender hands of sussey.
I eat to fuel up here here before yet another days work for the NHS.
Palestine 88 Jerusalem Artichokes and christening a plentiful array of sauces.

Does exactly what it says on the tin - brilliant full english for less than £7! Good portion, lovely service and we'll definitely be popping in more often!
The staff even checked with everyone dining to warn them that a car was receiving a ticket outside - very caring and kind.

What can I say! The title says it all! Amazing quality food! Their English breakfasts are superb, huge portions, extremely fresh, non greasy! Perfect every single time! Excellent customer service, the food is always piping hot upon deliveries. I’m a regular can’t get enough of their breakfast! The only downside is once you go to café la cigale you won’t be able to stop ordering, they will be to blame for your weight gain . Honestly the only place I would order my breakfasts and lunches from! 5*

Food is lovely and flavoursome. Highly recommend this cafe. Staff are beyond exceptional and the owner, Bijit is very friendly and keen to talk and have a chat with his customers. All round perfect experience and I would love to go again!

Cafe La Cigale is a very nice little cafe. Great prices and the fries(chips) were some of the best in London. Bijit, who is the owner, is a great man and is very enthusiastic to talk with and learn about his customers! He kept his shop open an hour after closing time just so I could enjoy my food and have excellent conversations with him. I would highly recommend this cafe to any locals or foreigners visiting that would like a nice local place to enjoy!
