Coffee is average but Nero please employee people who doesn’t make me feel like a burden on them, it’s not that hard sack the ones that do not want to work and bring in people who don’t make customers feel bad for ordering something

Came here on Sunday 5/3/23 and was served by a wonderfully welcoming and friendly barista. It is rare these days to get such good service and it was a real treat. Coffee also delicious and freshly baked pastries. What more could one want to start a Sunday Morning?

Went there a couple of times.
The place has some comfortable seatings, the staff is courteous and welcoming, and breakfast food is decent. It’s a great place if you need a cozy place to rest in busy Holborn.
Only thing is that I wish coffee chains like Nero would make it a little easier to have a coffee cup with ratios outside of their standards. Their recipes, coffee-making processes, and the way they train their baristas are really rigid and overly designed for efficiency and profit, to the detriment of quality.

This is a very clean Nero (don't ask me but some Nero's tend to have bug problems!) Plenty of space in front, and there is space in the back.
If you're by Holborn station looking for a place to sit and chill, this is the spot. There's literally nowhere else with the "quiet coffeeshop vibe".
