I'm giving 5 stars because of the service I received from a young girl of south Asian origin. I'm sorry I don't remember the name. She was incredibly helpful and very nice. Fantastic service. Tbh I stopped coming to this branch because of a few weird interactions I have had there. This time it was a totally different experience

Perfect place to take a break if one is exploring this area of the city. An Indian gentleman, after arranging with care his coffee, pastry, clothing, asked if I would take a few photographs of him.

Back in the states I’m not a dessert / sweets love but when you’re in Europe you have to try some pastry. Cafe Nero was my go to coffee for my whole trip, the flat white hit the spot every time. But I got this deliciously brilliant white chocolate red raspberry pastry roll. Wow! Moist cake, pop of fruit flavor with the raspberry and a nice cream finish with the white chocolate and cream. I wish we had this at our coffee shops back in the states.

Friendly attentive staff , got there near losing didn't feel rushed , staff were really good and helpful for my dietary requirements. Coffee was lovely too.
