Shake Shack Westfield Stratford

Food was delicious, like a higher quality FiveGuys and for what it was (a lot of food) and being freshly made it gets 5 stars for food. 4 stars for service because the meals were outrageously expensive (£41 for two double patty burgers and chips with drinks). Where the atmosphere falls short is the tables and constant shouting of customer names to collect orders. As cool as the tables are (being recycled bowling lane wood) all the tables we tried to sit at were extremely sticky. This forced us to eat off our trays. Otherwise the kitchen and prep areas looked spotless.

We had Shroom Burger, and it was the best vegetarian burger I ever had. So delicious cheesy. The stuffing is made up of large Mushroom and cheese and it makes everything taste so good. The fries were okay for me. I would rate them like 3/5. We had cheesy French fries. If you are a student, do not forget to use the UNIDAYS discount coupon. You would get buy 1 get 1 free burger. Thank me later ;)

Great to see a vegan patty option at Shake Shack! The mushroom burger as the only vegetarian option was the reason why I wasn’t a big fan of this chain. Now I can finally enjoy a great and tasty burger, just as good as the meaty ones. The fries are also great. Unfortunately the lemonades are extremely sweet. Well done Shake Shack.

Yummy burgers, crispy fries, and one of the better thickshakes when compared to other fast food joints. Located opposite TkMaxx in Westfield mall with plenty of seats. The order number screen wasn't working, so I had to wait near the counter for the order. But apart from that, everything else was perfect.

We went in to try out the new Chilly Crisp Chicken and I can say it did not disappoint. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the unique taste of their chilly crisp seasoning was refreshingly different from the usual fried chicken burgers. Interestingly, the chilly chips cheese fries worked out much better than I thought they would. Hopefully these items are here to stay. Would recommend, would go again

Love a quick and easy grab and go place that have options for vegans and none vegans too. Wen we went there around 11:30 it was not too busy and the burgers are great. We did ordered more that we can handle so keep in mind that the portions may not look too bug they are filling. I had the CRISPY SHALLOT BURGER & fries, STRAWBERRY SALTED LIME LEMONADE and it was 👌👌👌👌👌
