I found my all time favourite cocktail at Acqua7. Brilliant modern, laidback bar with sleekest decor. I’ve been to many a bar but after lockdown it’s been so awesome to find this gem. The bar owner is extremely helpful and happy to answer questions about the painstakingly tailored menu. I asked for a larger version of The Sloe Buzz…. Hands down the best cocktail I’ve had… and I’ve tried a fair a few in my years! My friend had the Mezcalipa, we had no food as we just stayed for drinks. But was given a small selection of meats and olives on the house! Such an amazing bar. I’m super lucky it’s down the road! Brilliant service. staff are trained to a wonderful standard. they genuinely look like that enjoy working there and take a huge amount of pride in how YOU feel as a customer which is extremely relaxing and reassuring. coupled with some innovative drinks and some pretty presentation, it is perhaps London's best kept secret

How is it possible to be super-cool cocktail bar, yet not have a trace of pretence or superciliousness? Cyrus runs the most chilled, easy, friendly place in Dalston, a haven for adult conversation with a quiet background hum of likeable music and great local people. He regularly hosts launches for art exhibitions, fashion and design, music etc., and in between creates a feeling of welcome and ease as if you'd stopped by to visit your favourite cousin. My favourite place in Dalston and De Beauvoir - a gem.

This friendly and beautiful bar is just fabulous! They really know how to make cocktails and there's a great selection of wines and spirits. The ambience is perfect and great for a date or in a big group. I love the fact the art keeps changing as the exhibitions are always interesting. I would highly recomend.
