Received amazing customer service from the white, dark haired barista. He was very friendly and made the best strawberry milkshake I’ve had in a while. Definitely recommend and will 100% be returning!!!

I was served by the Mauritian/ Indian boy with a wanna be mullet. He was ever so kind and made such a good drink. I ordered a flat white and it was lush. It came with a pretty pattern which he put his whole body into making! An absolute darling, I will be returning.

A few weeks ago I was served by dark skinned kind young chap with bushy curly hair) his coffee was truely amazing, please give him a bonus and increase his pay!!

Every time I get to London I like to have a hot drink in this Cafe. Nero Cafe has something special.... With an italian ambiance reminds me of my travels in Italy

Amazing baristas with very fast service ! Was waiting for a train and had 5 drinks made in less than 3 minutes ! Wonderful team always get my coffee of top standard and always appreciate their hard work ( considering they are the only coffee store open at 5.30Am! and sometimes close as late as midnight! ) and I always leave a tip to appreciate their work!

Takes forever to get drinks even with just one person in front of you. Seems ALL THE STAFF are trainees lol. But they are trying so thats that. The station is forever doing maintenance works around the entrance so we always need to walk the long way around to the shop.

Satisfactory, fast service. I didn’t need much more than that really. I was the 4th in line and only had to wait for like 3 minutes. I order a cappuccino with oat milk and it was a decent coffee for the day.
