Supposed to be a collection plus store with printing facilities. I have twice been directed by suppliers to come here to get my label printed and parcel dropped off but both times were told they can't print out the label for me. Would be great if google could be updated to reflect no printer facilities to avoid confusion.

Rubbish lack of service. I tried to return a parcel using the new evri service which specifically tells you not to package the item as this is done at the shop. This shop was listed as a provider of the service. Wasted my time with a very unhelpful member of staff who simply refused even to read the instructions for this service. Meanwhile same member of staff allowed others customers to be abusive. Will not use this store for anything. Have never found them helpful. This was the last straw

Chock full of off brand and branded drinks, cheap energy drinks, american imports of cheetos and herrs crisps, mike and ike sweets, haribo and all sorts. If you are bored of regular supermarket snacks then this is a great place to go for regular market rate prices. Theres a large selection of wine and refrigerated single beers and ciders.

This local shop has a bad reputation in Hampton, looking at the reviews online they read as being extremely rude, unhelpful or some I didn't believe. I didn't understand this, and although I live in Hampton and don't go often I still go to this shop to support local smaller business'. I now understand why. On two occasions this week I have witnessed the staff/owner complain about delivery+ packages and kicking them violently!! Weird to witness and had a blank stare when they realised I was watching. Considered writing a review after this but didn't want to tarnish a reputation of a smaller business based on one event. Going back into the store the same week I witnessed a different member of staff racially abusing a customer who appeared to be a teenager asking for an extra bag! It was one of the worst customer experiences I have witnessed! I won't be going to this shop again and hopefully this establishment doesn't retain its licence. The reviews and reputation are correct.

Handy convenience store. Alcohol is their main product but convenience is their business. A slight mark up on prices but if you're not happy with that buy elsewhere at alternative vendors i.e. buy while the cheap shops are open.

Nightmare collecting parcels from here the guy was so unhelpful despite having barcodes for my parcels ready for collection was told they couldn't find them and watched the guy kicking them all around the floor behind the counter complained to collect plus head office and as if by magic my parcels appeared. Never again will I step foot in the place !!
