A good old-fashioned boozer just round the corner from Southwark Tube station. If you're looking for a place to drink, eat crisps, maybe even cheesy chips and a pie, this is a great spot just over Blackfriars Bridge from The City. The staff are friendly and there is a good atmosphere. It can look unfriendly from the front but don't let that put you off. They also show live football, rugby, darts, snooker, pool, greyhounds and horse-racing.
