Very busy inside/outside cafe in the boroughs best park and beside its most atmospheric library
Nice friendly staff, very popular with mumsies, excellent play areas for kids adjacent.
The loos are inadequate and grotty.

Very pleasant café can be quite crowded, it is well used by locals, service is pretty good as is the food, seating inside the café is great, plus tables outside they do put up a covering for outside, plus if you feel cold the have blankets to put around you.

Had an excellent sandwich here today called the Tuna Priest. Service was prompt and very friendly - I'm unsure if it's a family-run place but it certainly feels like one! Lots of choice on the menu and a dense spiced apple bar went down well with their coffee.

Abigail makes a wonderful oat flat white... but please could there be smaller china cups for it? Really friendly staff. It would also be great for there not to be a minimum spend on card.

A wonderful place to spend the afternoon with young kids. A small playground next to the cafe which serves the best carrot cake and ice cream. You can also grab duck food and nuts for squirrels from the cafe.

I do like Pistachios and have to say that over the years food and coffee have improved and I find myself enjoying. They set up a great kids birthday party for us yesterday. Plenty of good food for kids and very kind staff. Kids loved playing around in the green area. Would totally recommend this!

We booked our daughters birthday party at the park cafe. It was a wonderful experience, Don, the owner and his team help make our day special. Great food, great customer service, over all highly recommended visiting the cafe and great for children birthday parties.
