Have stopped in here a number of times and its an office favourite. There are always interesting choices of salads that you can combine for a filling, delicious, and inexpensive lunch plus great tasting sandwiches. Food is always fresh, creative, prepared to high standards and I hear marvelous things about their breakfast.
One warning however: Do not under ANY circumstances get fooled into trying that sinful brownie that they have so irresponsibly displayed on the top counter as you enter. Its a taste experience you will NEVER fully recover from and all your 'no-sugar'/no sweets resolutions will be immediately dashed...forever.

A hidden gem of wholesome grub & great coffee.
The Flat White scores a respectable 4 stars. Nice flavour, but missed 5 stars as could have done with more body & kick.
Will be back to try some of the other tempting food as I just had their Porridge with Honey & Fruit.

The owners are super friendly which added to some excellent lunch box options makes this a great contribution to the Brixton lunch scene.

Yum, cheap, quiet, comfy. £5.50 for smoked salmon and 2 poached eggs on delish sourdough. Best breakfast I’ve found in Brixton so far. £2 for a double espresso made with locally roasted beans (like, next door locally) on the side, it’s perf.

Volcano, next door, provides the coffee. The food is delicious for breakfast and for lunch. Limited amount of tables where you can plug in but the wifi works well. The bright colours and window make for a nice atmosphere.
