The best cafe in the area. Friendly staff, superb coffee and the best pastries - get there early to avoid disappointment. So glad to have this local gem in the area!

Absolutely fab coffee and super delicious baked goodies. I was impressed they had so many vegan options and how tasty they were. The staff were really friendly as well so I will definitely be returning here

Best coffee in Streatham. Not even close. They do great barista-made coffees (like flat whites and lattes, etc.). They also have filter coffee ready most mornings, which makes it super fast to get a respectable cup of black coffee quickly. They stock Allpress coffee beans for sales and they frequently have other brands available for purchase, too. They'll grind it for you if you need that. Overall, Estate Office Coffee is the real local spot. Many people who come in know the baristas by name and they baristas know them by name right back.

Walking around to find a coffee shop and walked into this one! Was greeted by 2 really friendly barristas and the smell of delicious coffee! The coffee was fantastic and the carrot cake was amazing. 10/10 would coffee here again

Brows through your Sunday papers, in this quite and serene little place of a gem! Outstanding coffee, with a little something on the side, terrific service by genuinely friendly staff and no screaming toddlers or their annoying pets running betwwen your legs!

Great little coffee place, much needed in this Streatham area. Serves allpress which isn't to everyones tasting but done well which helps! Also do a nice filter. Could probably start nitro cold brew but may want more of a following first. Sandwiches were V nice, reasonably priced and responsive to my needs (around Vege friendly when toasting etc.).
