I would give 6 stars for the outstanding customer service I have experienced at this store. I was looking for a Rosemary Paysan that the store was not carrying at the time. The store manager went the extra mile to order it for me. This attention to customer needs is impressive and well exceeded my expectation. The store may look relatively small compared to other Bayley & Sage stores it has a very good cheese collection. And, the Rosemary Raisin Paysan is really lovely.

This is an amazing place to go IF you want to spend a fortune and treat yourself with fabulous fresh produce. If you're looking for a normal every day shop, go to Sainsbury's down the road as it is expeeeeeensive. That being said, I make sure I only let myself go in when I really want a treat and it never disappoints. Everything from there is utterly delicious, top quality, worth the price. 4 stars is only because it's about £15 per kg for cornichons (sp?)!

Wow! I highly recommend, always get some premium, bagels, eggs, etc. Just thought I’d share my breakfast this morning, Bagels, Eggs purchased from Barley & Sage brilliant customer service and a great team. I highly recommend.

I visit this store almost daily and not only does it stock delicious food and wine, they have the most wonderful team - a special mention to Andrea and Esther who are always so lovely, personable and helpful.

Wonderful shop and staff are always delightful and welcoming. The produce is delicious. I always go in sun/Mon to grab salmon pate and avos for the week. Never had a bad experience. Would recommend. They also do great gluten free cakes
