The food is incredible food, (Michelin Guide) but in a relaxed, laid back setting.
Natural wine selection to rival other local spots and a professional, friendly team. Best restaurant in the area by a county mile.

Very nice wine options, a very different menu so be ready to try a heavy Dish.
But definitely not a good atmosphere for the hot weather, we were 4 adults a 1 child about to melt!!

We got a few small plates and everything was completely unreal. Really lovely experience eating here, start to finish. Taste sensation, really great food

Excellent gastropub in Stoke Newington. All dishes were well considered to pack in flavour, and have a wonderful twist that elevates them from the ordinary. Everything we had was a delicious - from the cuttlefish toast to the plaice to the chocolate mousse.
The wine list here is excellent. Worth also mentioning the fabulous shop where you can pick up gourmet foods, cheeses, quality eggs from Cacklebean and of course wine (a shout out to the St Johns wine boxes!).

Eaten here many times now and every time they deliver. Super friendly staff, excellent natural wine list with some hard to find bottles at very fair prices. Food is wonderful; hearty and made with love. The pies are always incredible! Just wish I lived closer.
