One of the worst food I have ever eaten in KFC. I will recommend everyone not to go there. Rotten Chips rotten wings and who knows how many time they have fry the chicken. I wish not to get any food poisoning. Outside chicken and chips has much more quality. And service, nothing to say😥😥😥. Now I know why people feel disgusting to go KFC

The food is not tasty at all and full of fat, The family meal is not like that and is not enough for four people, Barely enough for two people but the food is disgusting , I do not call for a boycott of all Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurants However, I do not encourage visiting this branch and upon request a delivery Make sure your order is not from this branch , As for the value of the food, it is very expensive compared to the quantity I ordered a family meal and paid over £20 And the quantity was as shown in the pictures, in addition to the bad taste and devoid of flavors. It is tasteless and odorless, and is full of fat

Worst service, Worse management. People start skipping the orders in the screen and delivering the food after 30 mins. Manager need to organise additional staff in busy times especially Friday evening. I seriously cannot understand how these guys are even appointed as manager and team leader.

Asked for two thigh pieces, didn't get a single one. It even said "2+ Thigh" on the receipt. The breast piece I received was extremely dry. Also, card machine not working, so had to pay in cash. Plus their software not working, so couldn't use any offers on my app. If you like KFC, avoid this branch.

This KFC Restaurant is just not good. When you make an order they clear it off the preparing/collect screen immediately, you then have to wait through the backlog of orders, it's just not good enough. It took them 35-40 minutes to make my order when it was only 2 pieces of chicken and fries. Such bad service. I recommend to go to another KFC Restaurant that doesn't take a long time just to make a simple order.

Very bad service just now I bought some food from this place even customer care so bad food hygiene 0 % I did take away my order completely wrong ..as Asian person who toom order Bangladesh lady who doesn't really know what we are ordering as well..she even used the take bag looks used before..for somebody please avoid this place don't ever get food here after all I really through away my food I might get food poison ..all they have put tiny wings ...please avoid this place if anybody buying here

If I could rate zero star I would.
I regularly use this KFC and I always have to wait ATLEAST 15 minutes for my order.
When you make an order they clear it off the preparing/collect screen immediately, you then have to wait through the backlog of orders, it's just not good enough.
I previously tried to make an order using the self service, charged me and then the screen said an error had occurred.
I then spoke to customer service who said I hadn't been charged ebbed though I could see I was on my card.
I was assured that if the money left my account I can go back to the woman who was there and get a refund.
The money left my account as I expected, never seen the woman who was working since. I go on to explain to the customer service there and they don't want to hear it
Absolute joke.
