Nando's Holloway Road

Great grub, really good, done well, mwah 😘 👏 Prices are getting a little away with themselves, though, but understandable in climate. The only gripe with atmosphere is more their marketing strategy, and we alllllll know the drink glasses have been made smaller! And more importantly.......... That god damn drinks machine. Smaller glasses plus the most foamy drinks machine that just goes chucka chucka chucka chucka and then wait 30 seconds and then chucka chucka chucka (That noise is going to give me nightmares).

I have to give this Nando a 5 star, I made a collection order wanting 2 thighs as a half a chicken ordered I ordered late just before closing time, it was confirmed on the phone that my order was ok but when I arrived I was told there was only 2 breast (which I don’t like) one of the staff Amri came over apologised and confirmed with the chicken staff that chicken had ran out. Said he was happy to give me my order and to come back the next day and he will amend everything. I called the next day as promised he did. Amri (hope I spelt the staff name properly) thank you for your 5 star customer service it’s really appreciated service like that are hard to come by, you didn’t have to but you did, really appreciated. The staff are always friendly and attentive lovely branch.

Had an unplanned visit here with 2 tired and hungry small children. The woman we were served by (begrudgingly didn't get her name) was absolutely fabulous! I must of looked fed up as I carried in a toddler and pushed in a pram, I was glad not to be met with the usual "have you been here before" spiel and was instead showed to a table and left to sort myself and kids out before being brought menus and colouring bits for the kids. The member of staff then helped me get both children to the toilet and later helped my partner (who joined us later) take both kids to get drink refills while I ate. Thanks to this member of staff, I entered a tired and fed up mum with 2 miserable kids and left feeling rather relaxed with 2 happy kids
