The waitlisting process is a bit shambolic, but we got a seat after a short wait. Food was good, served quickly and with generous portions.

App wasn't completely working and telling us items were unavailable when they weren't. We also had one point where our order wasn't submitted to the kitchen and we were charged.
It became very busy when Euston station closed due to a fatality. But can't complain about the food. Would appreciate if there were more vegetarian options.

Good food, friendly and very helpful personnel. The prices were worthy and not that high.

Nando’s was so good that we had to come back! I had the Chicken Burger with the spicy rice and chips (fries). The chicken itself was good, but I wasn’t a fan of the Portuguese Roll. It was a little dry. The spicy rice is my favorite side! It’s easy to order the food from your phone, and then they bring it out to your table.

My colleagues and I dropped by during peak hours and there was a queue but we were able to get a table. The service was good, and of course, the food was delicious. Because some of our orders were delayed, we asked for drinks on the house which was granted.

Service was excellent. Food was great. And the atmosphere was bit busy but worth while. I did dine in and enjoyed every bite of my meal.
I had a great time with friends here. I hope to visit Nando’s Euston soon.

For what Nandos is and the location it's great.
Right outside station, food comes relatively quickly upon ordering. Slightly distracting is the constant fast paced movement from people scoffing down what they ordered and chasing the train so vs other branches there is definitely a sense of rush in this restaurant but food and service is well maintained.
No gripes here 👌

The service was exceptionally slow during our visit. Over 45 minutes for our mains. However, the Manager on Duty proactively offered us dessert and drinks on the house without us asking and I think that goes a long way to putting things right. Thank you.

Stopped off here to eat dinner before heading home on the train. Easily got a table for 5 of us, and was surprised by the really great choice of food. Being able to order and pay from the website was perfect. Service was a little slow, but to be fair, it is a busy establishment. Servers were all friendly, and would definitely recommend.

I Always enjoy Nando's food and chicken and the best part is that it's certified Halal. The atmosphere was perfect. Served us meal within 10 minutes.
