I would like to mention a staff member at the Brent Cross branch of Nando's. We dined there yesterday for lunch and Adil went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He also helped me out when I had a spill over my clothing.

The staff whom we came into contact with, are very polite, helpful, and efficient.
The food was very nice, and came at a decent time of order.
Unfortunately, the WiFi connection is horrible so couldn't order via app but didn't mind as the staff are amazing.

The staff are too busy talking to each other while the food is sitting on the counter.
EDIT: Came back today, service was much faster this time, the food arrived within 5 minutes. Thanks to the manager in charge Kledi.

The food was amazing as well as the quick and friendly service. The Nando’s team at Brent Cross deserve a 5 star review because I accidentally broke a glass, Peter and Tristan were so lovely, quickly approached me to see if I was ok and didn’t make me feel bad at all. Appreciate it ☺️

Best Nandos I've had in a very long time the service was excellent. The only thing I didn't like was that the table wasn't big enough to hold all the food we ordered. Great atmosphere 👌
