Greggs

This place is fantastic. The staff are friendly always smiling and the service is brilliant. The interior is really nice and the store is always clean. I've had lunch here a few times. The Tuna rolls are good and have a good amount of tuna in them. Vegan sausage rolls and cheese and onion bake are a must and delicious! I highly recommend this place.

Popped in this Greggs on my latest trip to London, place was very well presented, ordered good old Sausage Roll and Pizza with a little cake for desert and sat in their seating area which considering the amount of customers i observed coming in and out was very tidy and clean, staff were polite and friendly and it was also nice to see overall experience was fantastic thank you.

Great customer experience in this Greggs at Lower Marsh today . Took my elderly mother in and Donna made a real fuss of her, making, her feel so welcome special and valued. Following stroke, my mother is wheelchair bound and these moments of instantaneous human kindness, have such an enormous impact. We have never been in there before and it was fantastic to experience. Great work Donna and thank you for making her week. A really good Team there at this Greggs. The shop was spotless and customer service first class!

If you are in the Waterloo area or close to Lower Marsh market then this is worthy visit. Being a Greggs the food is reliably the same good quality you found at other Greggs. Staff are friendly and even if you see a queue during the lunch period the service is fast. Only drawback is that it can run out and you will have a 10min+ waiting for it to cook (not bad if you like it fresh from the oven) and sometimes items like the vegan sausage rolls and regular ones are not as warm due to there being a lot of batches and not being eaten. The mix of hot and tepid pastries can be disappointing as it does affect the taste.
