The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff( Poppy) who went above and beyond to ensure my experience was enjoyable.
What truly impressed me was the fantastic music selection. The ambiance was enhanced by a playlist that was not only diverse but also incredibly enjoyable. In fact, I dare say the music here surpassed even that of the trendiest nightclubs in town. It created the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and enjoyable evening.

Easy to self-order and so tasty on a cold and rainy day. The extra spicy was just regular spicy for me. Staff,manager all very nice.

I actually kind of like paying for my meal up front.
The branding standards let you know you're in a Nando's, which is reassuring to the quality of the food.
Staff were present and attentive without being overbearing.
All told, a good meal.

Very good location, nice food. Service is a bit laid back. The guy on the till not interested in serving. Making faces, not helping in explaining items on the menu. He looked like he was the manager and still had no smile on the face and was not welcoming.

Grilled chicken was tasty and salad was fresh. We also liked seasonings they had. We even visited it twice in our three days stay in Cambridge.

Visited today on a busy Bank Holiday. I was surprised how fast the food was served after ordering. Food was good. Although I struggled to eat my burger, without it sliding around. Spicy rice was nice. Refill drinks is a good idea, although my second coke seemed abit watered down and flat, not sure why. The kids enjoyed their food, my eldest braving the hot (spice) level.
I think the portions are quite small for what you're paying for.
Staff were friendly and welcoming. Making sure we were happy with our meals, and had everything we needed.
We don't visit often, but we would go again as an occasional treat because it adds up when there is alot of us eating out

It's fastfood, but it tasted good. You order with you mobile, and they want your email before you can order, why? The staff was frindley. And they don't serve hot drinks (coffe etc ).

Always love coming to this Nando’s for the lovely staff, food and atmosphere. We get served quick and easy, staff are a class to talk to and the food is delicious! Thank you again for looking after us (:

Overall the experience is nice. However the staff is not efficient. Took a considerable time to serve the food. Atmosphere is nice. It seems like everything is based on self service in there other than food serving. Nandos is okay but not excellent
