One of the worst McDonald I've visited. I love McDonalds and this is my local #disappointment . The tables are always dirty, you have to fight throught a gang of delivery drivers at the door, and the staff behind the counter seem to avoid any interaction with customers, which is very strange as usually McDonalds have friendly staff. I avoid this particular restaurant as much as I can

I ordered some food through Uber the driver was ar the wrong address, I spoke to him over the phone and told him the correct address and he didn’t come. So I placed another order, when it finally arrived the burger was missing the bun, the fries were like cardboard, the McFlurry was completely melted and it was all stone cold. I complained and was told by Uber the first order was my fault as I didn’t talk to the driver “complete lies” and the second order they were sorry it was not to my expectations! £30 wasted on distrusting service and disgusting food. SHAME ON YOU UBER. DO NOT ORDER YOUR MACC’S FRON THIS PLACE OR USE UBER EATS

Visited in the morning before 11 am. The upper floor was closed till 11 am so on the ground floor, only few seats available and at least one person sleeping on a bench. Breakfast was served for take aways only as the restaurant is only open for take aways till 11 am. Definitely can do with a good cleaning. Toilets are also off limits as they are located on the top floor which is closed till 11 am. Maybe lack of personnel but probably best to visit a different venue for breakfast. In the food service and preparation area could not help but notice a fridge on wheels with no brakes as it moved most time it was opened for drinks and the wire to plug it running across the floor freely. Sure a safety hazard but wondering what else goes on in that environment. I look forward to see a better environment next time I visit for the good of the restaurant name, the people working in it and the clients visiting wanting to enjoy their time and their food on site.

Waited 15 minutes for my order. Kept asking the staff if my food was ready to which they kept saying no Was eventually handed my bag which had been there for 10 minutes. Food was cold Other customers were also constantly asking for their food Whereas the mc delivery riders are in and out. This restaurant is prioritising delivery over walk in
