Bagel Factory

I have lost count the amount of times I've been here, and I can honestly say they are by far the best bagels I've ever tasted (onion and multi seed and butter). Ps I just looked at your reviews, sorry but how can you comment on the bread, it's like going into a Chinese restaurant, and saying your poppadoms aren't very nice. Lol

I visited this place several times during my recent stay in London and I am very pleased with the service and surprised by the high quality of the prepared Bagels. First of all, you can compose your sandwich yourself, starting with the type of Bagel and ending with additions, or use ready-made sets, e.g. the Classic, Tuna Melt, Salt Beef Melt or Hallomi Melt. I must admit that my favorite set is Cheese & Jalapeno Bagel with Smoked Salomon, Cream Cheese and Lettuce. The service is very fast, they offer additional Snacks, Meal Deal with Soft Drinks or large selection of Coffees and Teas. It is definitely a better alternative than the nearby Burger King or McDonald's a bit further on the Station. All Staff always very polite and helpful, especially a foreigner young man. Highly recommended.

Everytime I go to this Bagel Factory there is a man there who is the manager. I must have been here 40 times and every time his smile and customer service is impeccable, he always remembers me and the quality and speed of food is delicious. You are very lucky to have this man working for your company as I am lucky to have him give me such a great experience. He really makes Bagel Factory in London Waterloo station like my local eatery.
