That was my 1st experience with freeza i ordered pizza the taste was fabulous and the staff was very kind i hope gonna order it soon..

This Pizza place went beyond expectations, a wonderful experience! A lovely place to stop for a quick spot of lunch, with a few seats available in the restaurant on stools..
Located in the heart of Crouch End we have here a wonderful Pizzaria, that delivers with all the boxes ticked..
Customer service was an absolute pleasure 👏🏼
5* Would recommend based on overall experience 👍🏼

Always get the same quality pizza as expected. Completely different to any of the other main pizza places. Particular good if you like your crusts!

The reviews of this place have been slipping, but I can't say I've ever had a bad experience. I nearly always pick up, for the half price deal, and I see a lot of the complaints are about delivery. I really like the pizzas and they are good value when you pick up (half a meter is huge). I also appreciate that they did half price for NHS during the pandemic

This is honestly my favourite pizza place, I've never had to wait much longer than 30 minutes and the food is always delicious and delivered by the loveliest man!
I just spoke to an absolute gem of a girl on the phone who was super helpful, honestly you guys have been such a highlight and treat during such dark times, thank you to the staff for delivering such great service and food despite everything!
To whoever have written poor reviews from the last few months, get a grip!
There's a pandemic going on and they're still doing the best they can!
You do realise they're having to keep staffing down to a minimum, so when demand is high, they may struggle a bit! Chill out and be grateful that you're actually able to afford a pizza at this time!
Honestly I just can't understand people sometimes! I hope the lovely staff haven't taken it to heart.

I used to be a regular customer a few years ago, until they changed everything. I decided to try them again, as I was tired after a long run and thought I'd grant myself the luxury of a home delivery.
I ordered at 19.50. An hour later there was no sign of my pizza, so I called to ask and was told it would take at least 'another 20 minutes'. With luck, I might get some food by 21.30 - not the healthiest time to be eating something heavy.
Knowing that Firezza used to have an excellent policy on late deliveries, I asked about compensation and was told they would give me a free single order next time. This is good. However, I had to ask.
Respect where it's due - when the pizza turned up (at 21.30 on the dot) it was fantastic.
