Joe & The Juice

Who is very impressed with Joe and the juice a little bit pricey, but their sandwiches are definitely worth it really delicious! Looks like a limited options when you walk in but trust me there's enough to really work. Juices are also a winner smoothies whatever you want in staff are always very friendly also in most stores. It looks like they've got the level of music right used to be that Joe and the juice played it really really loud now. There's some chilled branches, so l'm a happy customer!

Customer service was terrible, worst I've experienced in a long time. Girls sat on worktops behind the counter on their phones. No enthusiasm for the job and impolite. Everything seemed like a chore and they were the same with every customer. Only 1 member of staff was wearing a mask and the place was filthy. I dont know how often they clean the tables here but it was dirty and felt dirty. The toilet was very dirty. The sandwich was awful too. I only chose to sit here because it was convenient at the time but I definitely won't be back. It's a shame because I have been to many joe and the juice bars and this one has put me off for good. Some serious customer service training and cleaning is needed here. I never write reviews but I had to with this place. Visited today between 12:00 and 1:30pm.

Very disappointing experience. The person that served me said he would bring my order to me when ready. 5 minutes later my name shouted out - to collect my things. The packaging for the sandwich is very over the top and not environmentally friendly. Considering sustainability is key at the moment. The sandwich was not cut, so had to go back and ask for a wooden knife, but there was no knifes but was offered a spoon…, my face said it all, and I said sandwich’s are always cut, was then told by the member of the team I had to ask for the sandwich to be cut - which is silly considering sandwiches are generally cut. A few of the team were giggling to each other as I sat back down - as if asking for it to be cut was something really unusual to this particular team. As a team manager myself, it seems this team are more concerned with how they look and rather than offering basic customer service, I guess that comes with maturity. Probably won’t visit this branch again, which is a bit annoying because I work across the road.

Tunacado sandwich was so salty it burned my tongue. Seriously dissapointing. Also - was prompted to 'Eat Out to Help Out' by downloading thier app for £10 off Mon-Wed... It took ages, sucked up all my personal details then didn't even give me a discount. The actual guy behind the counter was really lovely... but otherwise what an over-priced, underwhelming, time waste of time and money.
