Mcdonald's

Staff here are always lovely, and helpful, even when it gets busy. I gotta give them a 5/5 Actual building could use some work, entrance can get cramped. Facilities to sit and eat aren't plentiful, and the upstairs seating area is often closed Food isn't 5/5 but that's McDonald's its "cheap" fast food lol. Prices aren't cheap but I know the taste isn't meant to be gourmet. But that's not on this specific one, it's pretty general.

It’s a McDonald’s, and it’d not a bad McDonald’s per se but it’s not the best. It is always busy (can’t be helped) however this can often lead to a loss in quality. Cold fries are a common problem here. As well as this the kiosks almost always print barely legible receipts, which is weird since receipts are printed using heat not ink so idk what’s going on there, but I’m not an expert in thermal printing. The staff however are top notch & for the most part they meet your expectations quality wise. Also, it’s super clean. However, Camden branch is busier yet quicker and has less quality issues. Still would recommend if you want McDonald’s and are in K-Town.

Amazing service. Food was served quickly and efficiently. Needed sauces later and given smoothly. Other Maccies take forever with food. Even though it was busy, I got my food in good time. The atmosphere is good too no people barging. Staff worked efficiently even at this late hour of 10pm. Thank you (just went to a concert at the 02)
