Very Bad Service . Waited for 20 minutes when the food was ready for collection on the display tv and also I was asked for Dine in and didn’t receive and tray and disposal plate which KFC used to have. Also my order was one short of Strips which should be 8nos was only 7nos . I came to note because I ate from the restaurant or else should I need to come back all way from home to restaurant. Please need to double check the order and confirm. And if we asked for the short it’s feel bad by the staff and checking by we lied. I asked because I paid . I had the same bad experience from East Ham KFC.

The chicken wings were superbe better than what we get in the US. Cachier was super friendly and help us saved a few pounds! Thank you again pal!

Good place to eat, it's a bit of a rush around as it's small and no where to sit but it's a good place to grab a quick bite.

Food was tasty and met the standards of KFC. Presentation of my Mighty a bucket for One was all the chicken pieces and fries were thrown into one bag. My drink took time and the call out of my order was not determinable so my order sat on the counter until I came searching for it with my receipt. There was only 3 stools available to eat in from at counters. Luckily a stool was free to allow me to dine in rather than stand in the street to eat. No napkins were available at all and no straws were offered as was no condiments like tomato sauce or mayonnaise offered, all of which had to be asked specifically for. Liked the food, hates the service.

The branch staff is so kind and friendly despite being a fast paced restaraunt. We were served in a timely manner with correct orders. On various occasions, Lakshmi has served us. She is very well spoken, kind and courteous. I don't know the other staff by names but they all make up the a reliable team. I've never had an issue with my order or the service. Keep up the good work.

This KFC is our go to when my husband and I visit London. It is always busy and crowded. The staff are so understanding and patient to work in such stressful situations. Lakshmi, the cashier , who I saw on several occasions when we visit. She is always so very helpful and polite. Its always a pleasure to meet her.

I went to KFC in Whitechapel and had the most amazing service, very kind and helpful. The young lady in particular was Lakyshmi . She was polite and very friendly....Really want her to be recognized for the good service she have provided. Well Done...

Visited on busy Friday evening. It was full of customers but still got served fresh hot chicken and cashier was kind and helpful to select nice deal for our group of friends. Overall excellent service by staff
