Burger King

It's a bit hit and miss with this Burgerking. Sometimes it goes well and everything is top notch other times there are staff who don't seem to understand basic English which can be a problem and sometimes the staff move really slowly even though there are many people waiting. Also the other day I went there and the chips were cold with tiny black dots all over them.... I asked what they were and was told its been like it all day and something to do with the oil..... But some days it is OK there I think maybe it depends on the staff who are on at the time maybe?

The staff on the phone personal phones while cooking the food we are going to eat. I asked her to pls not do that and was ignored. No gloves.. she was holding her personal phone... come on.... normaly there is an amazing lady... I am just gobsmacked by the lack of consideration,especially at the moment.

What a Horrific dehumanising experience. I genuinely feel less of a human being having visited this establishment and thank god I could leave. The poor staff are so overwhelmed and treated so badly that they are no longer capable of simple human interaction. All they can do is scream numbers at you. The machine and screens don’t work and nobody can help as they are crazy busy. This place really is the worst of the worst. I came in for an Angus burger and left with depression and social anxiety. The burger was actually decent but who cares when the experience is so awful?
