Pret A Manger

I have visited this location various times and I am always greeted with a warm embrace by the manager, Marcia. She has truly made my experiences ones that are worth while, always going the extra mile to make me smile, laugh and ensure I’m enjoying my usual breakfasts. Needless to say, I will continue being a loyal visitor and highly appreciate being made to feel welcomed!

I visit time to time this branch, and I cannot see issues yet. Clean, efficient and customers served fast. Good point is: Toilets are working. There are two basins and 4 toilet cubicles. Most Prets now have toilets closed and lie, it's down to broken toilet, toilet paper holder, sink etc. So here is pic of what their toilets look like. I wonder if this branch like majority of the London ones, will follow the LIE, toilets are not working. See my other reviews, some branches have non working toilet for more than month.

Served quickly. Staff were friendly and as mentioned hard working/quick. The latte I ordered very good. My only gripe is the table that was free I went to sat at was full of sort of crumbs off croissants/cake etc. Plus it was just left like that. The table was free whilst I waited so not that someone just left

Really recommend!!it is busy but it is amazing. The team is calm and positive energy. Smile even in busy and stress times. The following the flow. The local is clean and organized, good for enjoy inside. Pumpkin latte delicious! Perfect taste. The barista, a lady looks like Pocahontas, was so quick and make so well! Cappuccino as well! Five starts for her, for the team and for the local. One of the best of all Pret a Manger I have been.
