Mcdonald's

One of the worst McDonalds in London. They get your order wrong more often than get it right especially using the drive thru. Even after you double check with the staff TWICE, when paying at the first window, and collecting at the SECOND window, you get home to find your order has been messed up yet again and is the complete opposite of what you asked for but now you are sitting at home… so it goes into the bin. Recommend avoiding this place, and if you do use the drive thru… do NOT drive off from the collection window and do NOT take the staff’s word for your order being accurate. STAY there at the window, open your order and check it and make sure it is exactly what you ordered before you drive off. If it was up to me I would question the quality controls and staff training at this place, especially the managers who clearly are not managing the place properly…

Bread for burgers are very dry almoust like plastic.. double cheeseburger and mayo cuicken burgers are very basic, minimalistic sauces on burgers. We made 4 different orders as 4 people, non of our Extras were added nor instructions followed.. Every time i try MCdonalds it feels like they don't care about food anymore... Limited time menu vas decent.

That's room for improvement ,staff should have at all time hair nest,golves Have asked for burger without onion,just they must have forgotten ,so they put 🌰 and it wasn't busy at all . Sometimes I am thinking, what is the point having so many staff and still orders takes long and orders are mistaken 🤔
