Go downstairs. Always less busy and you can get really great hot chocolate. Definitely get the free chocolate whipped cream. It's more like chocolate mousse. The frozen hot chocolate wasn't that great. It was warm.

Great experiance, staff are friendly, receptive, helpful, and was a pleasure to enter the store. It is a small store and has a downstairs not for the tall person or those who have a fear of enclosed spaces. But we'll worth the visit.

This branch has a small cafe in the basement with a wide range of chocolate drinks. Dint forget to add cream on top of yours! However, rather than sell water in plastic bottles they should have some jug with tap water and some ceramic mugs, as all the glasses are disposable.

Nice place to go and buy and try real nice chocolate. There is lots of choices of different chocolate to buy. There is a downstairs café, which sells hot drinks from tea to hot chocolate which is very nice. The cream is nice with the hot chocolate, which is free and would recommend on the side and eat with a spoon. Highly recommended place if you love chocolate.

A great place to buy chocolate that cares more about the cocoa than the sugar. As well you can enjoy a warm (or cold) drink from their cafes (these are only at specific shops like the one in Covent garden). Also the staff are really friendly and can sometimes give you good advice on which chocolate to buy, from the large selection!
