I was driving past yesterday, saw a group of people waiting and then the curiosity got the better of me. I ordered the best of 7 combo and still in awe that so much cake, custard and cream is served for only 8. I waited for circa 20 minutes for my order as there was a backlog of orders. The young man was very apologetic for the delay.
Definitely good value for money given the cakes are made in the premises, the premises looked clean and hygienic too and the workers all had caps on.
They take card payments and the order in store is cheaper compared to just-eat and other platforms. For example the combo was 9.99 online. Also didn’t have to pay for the delivery. Will definitely come back when I am in the area, thank you very much curiosity.

Definitely order from this place if you want the best cakes you've ever had with great service.
I ordered using UberEats & each time the delivery driver would pick up multiple orders from other restaurants, before cancelling after 30 mins of accepting my order to be picked up. This happened 3 times. On each occasion I spoke to the store, as UberEats & their drivers were unresponsive. The staff in the store was very helpful & apologetic. Finally when I did receive my order, the store sent a note of apology for the delay & compensated with some extra cake, even though this was not any fault of their own. I'm grateful for the service received. The cakes are absolutely delectable. Highly recommended to try.

Excellent selection of cakes served with hot custard if you like! Friendly staff but very busy during the corona-times! If i ever pass by, i always get a pie/cake with custard! The best one i think is my old-school time favourite Plain sponge with jam, served with devons custard & ice cream.

Delicious cakes, good value for money. Had their selection of sponge cakes in March 2020 when visiting my auntie. My cousins favourite cake shop. Freshly baked cakes. I think I would only stick to the baked goods though. I need to open a shop like this in Birmingham!!! A small cake take away.

I have been ordering from Caramel Tart Company ever since they’ve opened back in 2017 and I have introduced their cakes to everyone I know! Their cakes are a must to try especially the school cakes they taste exactly like the school cakes I used to have in school. Decently priced and most of the time you’ll get massive slices!

This is the best place for cake. The staff are amazing and friendly and work really hard to make everyone feel comfortable. I love their cakes - highly recommend the rainbow ones - and only wish I lived closer. Thank you to the young man who was patient and kind. I would highly recommend.

Came here yesterday, ordered the "best of four" cherry crumble, strawberry coconut sponge and the Tottenham cake(for myself and 3 others) I tried a bit of all the cakes and they were simply the best! I was served swiftly and the service is amazing! I cannot wait to go back again 👅

Brilliant customer service. Very lovely family company serving absolutely LOVELY cakes. Had a apple crumble with custard and a chocolate sponge cake and it was delicious. 10/10 would recommend.

Well what can I say, The staff are superb. They are soo kind and always enthusiastic offering a great service to every customer. The cakes are really good, ordered the pinkalicious and been craving it ever since. Really reminded me of my primary school days.
