Pret A Manger

Always busy but staff is managing it well and know how to manage the pace. The Wifi really needs improvement especially because the whole Harrow on the hill area is really bad for signal for Virgin/O2 network. Good to grab a quick coffee and a croissant with the subscription but it’s often loud with kids so if I need to sit down and work/focus I usually go to Costa next door. Overall a nice place with a very hardworking team.

I have been going to Pret regularly and have always received exceptional service from all staff members even when they are working in extreme pressure. Shout out to Ana, Jaymar , Yogesh, harsh, Vida, Paulina and all staff members who would go extra mile to make sure they give you the correct drinks and would change it if needed.

I have always received very good service from Pret and absolutely love their coffee. However one of the staff called YOGESH at Harrow on the hill branch is not customer friendly at all and has an attitude problem. He missed to add hazelnut syrup which was part of my original order. When requested to add he denied and lies that he added 4 pumps of it and I need to ask his manager to add any syrup. This is super rude, absolutely not helpful and has a horrible attitude. He did not even call for the drink when it was ready. He simply put the coffee on the counter. I had to go check if it was my drink and another colleague confirmed it was my drink. It had no details of the coffee written in the cup too. I will not visit this store next time I see Yogesh at their till and spread the message about this worst and frustrating customer experience. I am naturally a very patient person and there has never in my life I have come across such a rude customer service.
