It goes without saying that the pizza is fabulous and always made with special care when I call and make customised requests. Moreover, the level of service to go above and beyond I experienced recently with Abdullah. I accidentally selected the pickup option and it was snowing - instead of me losing my money, he so kindly dropped the pizza to my door at his shift end. Thank you so much for caring about your customers Abdullah! Amazing service! :))

Well done, that was my first time last night I got treated very well in papa Johns, I’m a regular costumer in Putney never been welcomed before and served very well!

We went in for pick up, made to order and I wanted to choose my toppings, lovely hot, fresh pizza in 10 mins.

It was tasty and the service was very quick. The reason I gave 4 star was only because of the potato wedges. It was cold inside and hot outside like microwaved something from frozen ( if that makes sense????).

Love this pizzas from here. It’s as close of a pizza that you get in the US. The sort of pizza you want to have watching a funny movie. Plus, the potato tots and garlic bread are so tasty. It’s a different style of pizza, but one that is worth trying.

The staff are lovely at this store. My pizza was made within 10 minutes so i was really happy with the speed and quality of service i would highly recommed this pizza shop to anyone😀

Best pizza, awesome deals, and the nicest team! I called just before closing and they were super kind and still allowed me to order and when I didn’t have my card for the phone the woman on the phone waited for me to go online to order and pay. Thank you for being so kind!

Really helpful staff. I had ordered a collection but intended a delivery and Harris very kindly rectified this at no extra cost. The food was still hot and delicious when it arrived. Really more than I had expected.

New customers to Papa Johns Putney.
We received a leaflet through our door advertising a 40% off when you spend £40 offer but could not find the code when looking online, therefore could not receive the discount. We decided to phone the branch and spoke with a very helpful guy called Hamza (I’m so sorry if that is spelt incorrectly). He took the (very complex and long) order over the phone, adding the 40% discount with no complaints! :D
He phoned back to let us know the order was being dispatched and even included free ice cream and a drink - we had ordered in excess of 14 items ourselves! Fabulous service - no complaints.
If the food is half as good as your customer service it will be amazing! :)
