The Coffeeworks Project

The worst brunch experience I've ever had so far.. in London and in my life!!! Fortunately they closed the shop.... they don't even said hello or bye to no one. The service was unattractive and bad bad bad... the food was rubbish in this coffee shop. The only good thing was the two poached eggs and only the eggs nothing else

I heard great things about The CoffeeWorks Project, but I couldn’t believe what we got served. After ordering the chicken club (which is actually just a chicken burger) for £10.50 with potatoes extra, cut it in half to find the chicken wasn’t even cooked. My friend then cut into hers and was also not cooked. When we complained to staff they said that the chicken normally comes out pink - that is ludicrous as that is raw! Replacements were ordered and when it arrived and cut into it I found the smallest piece of chicken for what is an expensive chicken burger. Again complained and the staff offered a third replacement, but at this point I didn’t want to eat here anymore. Will not be visiting any branch.

They say innovation at Apple is dead. I beg to disagree. As I'm typing in my iPhone by the Battersea station development can't help but feel jealous of Apple's future employees who'll get to work there in a couple of years. True, they have great perks, high salaries and those hoodies we all secretly want, but the best thing will be to be based by The CoffeeWorks Project. They serve the best coffee in coffee-desert Battersea in one of the fancy new developments by the river. They also have good pastries and light meals. Opening your office by this cafe, now that's innovative. Even Steve Jobs would agree.

A great little coffee shop that offers coffee at a price. One medium coffee is not the generic sized medium, they offer there own size. When asked how many shots go into one small and one medium I was told it's 2 shots in each. I know that a reputable coffee shop normally offers 1 shot in a small 2 in a medium and 3 in a large. This establishment seems to be in a coffee world of there own. The price that is charged for an 8oz coffee is in my opinion over priced. Soon at Battersea the compitition will be here, until then I feel this little shop will continue to take advantage of there customers.. Try the General Store, fare trade coffee at a good price.
