Decent pub, do a quiz on a Thursday which turns out me and my pal have zero brains. Pints are cheap enough and locals and staff are friendly

It is next to a 5 star hotel, but the cafe doesn't feel 5 stars. The afternoon tea was nice. The location is great.

Cracking little pub full of locals. We were made to feel really welcome not being from round there.
Price for a pint was way better than anywhere else. The local beer was very good. My only complaint and its not a negative was the london way of serving the timothy taylors landlord. Always my go too pint but dan saaff they dont put a decent enough head on it.
If im ever back in the area it will be my first port of call. Thank you for a good night out.

Friendly staff and great jukebox. Barman Ben is a superhero and super nice and super efficient. The exceptional Kat is awesome and provides an extraordinary experience

Superfriendly and so serviceminded. We came in and they fixed us everything with sportschannels We wished for and helped us with food recommendation from the neighbours Lucky Louies. Walked that extra mile to make us feel great and have a fantastic evening.
