Galyons Bar & Kitchen

We visited for the first time and we love it. Delicious starter, we had fried halloumi and salted and pepper squid, for main course we had beef burgers and dessert we had chocolate fondant. 10 stars to the chef and everyone who was working to make our visit unforgettable. It was a cosy atmosphere and we highly recommend it.

This is a FANTASTIC pub! I was viewing an apartment in the area & spotted Galyons. I walked in and was met with warm smiles (& beautiful people). I was impressed with the staff and their kindness & friendliness with every patron. Each person receives a tailored experience- depending on what they were in for, ordered, etc. I stayed for two hours & ended up ordering food and drinks. Filipe (a FANTASTIC HUMAN & he should own this place!!!!) was marking really helpful recommendations & being all around awesome! He made several of the beverages & they were all so tasty! I ordered dirty fries & BBQ wings & LOVED them both. I will be living in Kings Cross Area but I WILL return for the food and friendliness of this place!!! Make this a stop on your travel itinerary!!! Awesome prices, student deals, and VERY good food!!!

Beautifully positioned pub restaurant just oozing with Eastend character, Lively & vibrant with a great friendly atmosphere, Great choice of keenly priced food, well presented while tasting as good as it looked. Good honest friendly service and will definately be visiting this lovely establishment when we next venture to thos part of London

Lively pub (at least it was when I was there on a Saturday evening), with a good atmosphere. As far as I can tell it's the only pub in an area where there is a lot of new development. I assume that it's survived from the days when the Dock were there, although it has clearly undergone a bug refurbishment. The building is interesting.
