Dorset Cafe

I popped in for a quick veggie sandwich. Being a fussy eater, I asked the waitress if i could have a custom sandwich, to which the owner of the cafe approached my table to see if there was anything he could do. Ramsey, the owner took my order of grilled, toasted cheese tomato onions sweetcorn with hot sauce inside. When the sandwich came, it was presented with a sizable amount of chips, which I wasn't expecting. Definitely one of the best fresh sandwiches I have had! Served with an ice cold Coca-Cola, you can't go wrong. I wish I took a picture of it but as time was against me, I couldn't. Will definitely be going back for a more chilled out meal and check out some of those cocktails!

I’m usually a very picky person, and I’m not one to leave reviews often, even if I did enjoy the food. But this little bistro was so incredible that I felt I had to comment on it. My friends and I had the opportunity to try several dishes from the menu and I wasn’t disappointed by a single one. Mushrooms on sourdough, avocado, salmon and cream cheese on a waffle (an unusual but brilliant combination) and more filling dishes of lamb and chicken made for a wonderfully satisfying and delicious menu. The owner is incredibly friendly and after a few minutes you feel as though you’ve known each other for months already. I would definitely recommend this bistro. We went before seeing an afternoon performance in the Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre, so anyone who might have tickets for a show there should check out his wonderful place to eat!

Went here twice for breakfast. The first day I had the full English breakfast, which was good, and a pot of tea. Service was a bit slow as it was busy at the time. The second time I had the full vegetarian breakfast and a cappuccino, which honestly I liked more (I've been flirting with the vegetarian/vegan life for a while now). It was really good and if I'm ever back in London again I'll go back for that. Service was also good 2nd time.
