We ran in from the rain and happened upon this absolutely delightful gem next to the station. The staff were absolutely amazing and friendly. The food tasted just like the pizza we had during our Italian travels. We just couldn't stop smiling the whole time we were there!

I really recommend trying out Garbo’s if you love authentic Italian pizza! The vibe is very cool, it’s perfect for a date or with friends.

Best Italian experience in East London, Adam the pizza chef makes the best traditional Italian pizza in East London to be honest and Wad the waiter has been so kind and professional with us. Great experience and very nice and friendly environment.
I will go there again for sure.

Today I went for first time at Garbos’s. The calzone style sandwich was amazing; I managed to eat half as it is super big size. The lady who served me (blue eyed, blond) was very friendly, and offered me cold water which was very thoughtful in this hot weather. Thank you!

As an Italian expat, this place is a certainty in East London - it makes me feel like home anytime I’m there.
Pizze and pucce are just incredible, super tasty with a very good amount and quality of ingredients.
The staff is friendly and prepared, and they bring along our spirit, dedication and passion.
Highly recommended for anyone who wants to have a true Italian experience.

This is such a lovely spot! The staff are extremely kind, hospitable and personal. We even got a few small sweet treats on the house which was a nice touch! The pizzas and the bruschetta were hands down amazing. Highly recommend this place - support these private owners instead of a large chain - you will not be disappointed!

We came for a chilled Friday night dinner, the service was really friendly and efficient, nice atmosphere and the pizzas were delicious! My partner went for a 4 cheese and I had a vegetariana- both very good and not overpriced, we will definitely be back! Only not giving 5 stars due to the toilet being a bit grubby.. but can’t fault the rest 😊
