A gem of a place with stunning views over London

I loved it. Of course it's humbling as well to be able to have a bite and a drink at an establishment that has been in operation for centuries. The fish and chips and a number of the starters were as good as anywhere I've been. The staff is very friendly and helpful, which is tough in places that are as busy as this place is. If you are in the area you should stop by, you won't regret it. Highly recommended.

An absolute corker of a pub with the most fantastic layout, delicious food, great beer and people working there are wonderful. The Landlady chatted with us as if we'd known each other for ages.
A real gem of a place on the south bank of the Thames which is oh so worth a visit.

Probably one of the best views from a pub towards some of Londons most famous landmarks. From a small but nice outside veranda you can quench your thirst while gazing up the Thames towards Tower Bridge, the Shard, city of London skyscrapers and St Pauls. Very nice pub with some history to it, the guy who served us was great and showed us around to tell stories about the old photos on the walls. One of the greatest pubs on the Thames south of the tourist hotspots of London.
