Alright, gotta say, i’ve been to my fair share of B&J shops but these guys take the cake - Best ice cream shop in the world, hands down! Only place you can snag up Cherry Garcia! well worth the visit - The second you walk in you’ll dig the energy and positive vibes from the staff. Shout out to Leo as well, thanks for being fkn amazing, funny and always going above and beyond! you da best!

Visited B&J last week and ordered the cookie dough cheesecake sundae! It was £5.95. Pros: - Staff are always so lovely here, every time i've decided to go they've been so friendly and nice in recommendations. When I went this time the member of staff was clearly passionate about the cheesecake, and was so excited (Maybe?) to see my reaction when I tried the cheesecake cream on top. - Even though the store runs out of items a bit, the staff are always happy to substitute and again give recommendations of what you can have instead. In this instance, instead of cookie dough at the bottom, I had a normal double choc cookie at the bottom of my cheesecake. I actually think this may have worked out better as otherwise it would have ended up super super sweet - The cheesecake cream is actually godly. It is SO tasty and I fully would buy that on its own. I really wish I had multiple layers of it in my sundae! Its tangy and lightly sweetened, just like a vanilla cheesecake - Hot fudge is always good here, I love hot fudge - Open quite late which is great- esp on a sunday Cons: - This store tends to run out of all the cookie related things! Which is always a shame. Last time I wanted the cookie sandwich sundae but couldn't have it because the staff didn't want me to have old cookies (appreciate that they definitely care about what they're serving!) and of course, this time there was no more cookie dough for the dough sundae - It was a hot day, and the shop is quite warm. I feel sorry for the staff having to work in there

Massive fan of Ben and Jerry's and was so happy to see that this branch was still open. Clean store with limited seating. Great customer service from the young lady behind the counter. Limited flavours which is a shame but nonetheless I was able to get the flavours I love. A bit pricey but hey it's all about the experience 😃 Definitely worth the visit plus they sell a few merchandise items too. Spent roughly £30, one sundae, one two scoop cup, t-shirt and a metal milkshake cup.
