Very helpful and polite staff and didn’t hesitate to change my daughters meal for another when she decided she didn’t like it. What’s more, you can even pay at the table by scanning the QR code! The food wasn’t that hot though, but for a quick bite to eat, I’d go again and they accept Blue Light Card!

I came here with my husband and young toddler. My chicken Caesar salad tasted forgettable and even had a bone fragment in the chicken (lucky I had given my husband that piece, not my toddler!). My husband said the duck stir fry was mid. Toddler’s meatballs were super dry and flavorless, she ate nothing but a few peas. However, the server was nice and apologetic about the bee harassing us. Best of all, the restaurant gave a free pack of 4 crayons that toddler loved and ended up helping keep her happy on the flight back home. Giraffe really is child-friendly. Just don’t share your own food with young kids without checking there are no bones.

Very nice place. Probably similar to a lot of other places around, however the man by the front encouraged us to come in which made our minds up. The food was incredible, my fish and chips were to die for. They also served full English at 3 pm which is quite unsual as most places stop at around 12pm. It was busy which made a good atmosphere, but the food was still very quick. There was lots of seating outside and we were offered shade when it was very sunny.
